Oncofertility Conference: Abstract Submission

We are now accepting abstract submissions for the upcoming Oncofertility Conference.  Abstract submission deadline is September 29, 2017.  You will be notified on October 6th of acceptance.  Conference registration and attendance is required for all poster presenters.

Use the below webform to submit your abstract.  Your abstract must include:

  • Title
  • Author(s)
  • Institution(s)

Abstract Requirements: Abstracts should be no longer than one page in length (single spaced with 1” margins), and should be uploaded below as Word document using Arial 11 font.  Be sure to include the institution, city and state for all authors (no zip codes).  Please also underline the name of the presenting author.  Abstracts that do not conform to these requirements will be returned for corrections!

Note: Abstracts will be limited to two per presenting author. Do not submit any more than two abstracts as it is important for the presenting author to be available during the session to interact with other attendees and answer questions.

Abstract Awards

All accepted abstracts will be reviewed by Oncofertility Consortium staff and 3 posters will be selected to receive a 2017 Oncofertility Consortium Abstract Award.  These abstract awards will be given to the three strongest posters and will receive free registration.  Awardees will be notified on October 6th.
