The National Physicians Cooperative of the Oncofertility Consortium® is open to new members who meet key requirements. Members should be healthcare providers who care for children, adolescents and/or adults of childbearing age whose disease state or its treatment is likely to impair fertility. While many members will be affiliated with strong cancer centers, they may also be rheumatologists, geneticisits, oncologists, hematologists or reproductive or medical endocrinologists. They must be interested in participating in a robust two way exchange of research initiatives, best clinical practices and exemplary patient care. Members must agree to abide by the NPC Agreement and must provide all experimental procedures under IRB approval.
