Ovarian Tissue Cryopreservation IRB Submission Checklist

All NPC Members are required to participate in at least one IRB approved protocol; for most, this will be one of the two ovarian tissue cryopreservation protocols. Please review the Protocols which are located in the folder marked "IRB TEMPLATES." There are two protocols, one involving ovarian tissue cryopreservation for patient fertility preservation and one involving procurement of ovarian tissue for research only. Please submit one for approval by your IRB using the checklist here.
