An Evening for Pediatric and Young Adult Cancer Survivors

Join the 2012 Oncofertility Conference's evening event to celebrate the research and clinical advances that now make the dream of a future family a reality for young cancer survivors. 

The evening will be the first such event at the newly opened Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago (225 E. Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL) on Thursday, September 27th from 4:30 - 6:30 PM in the 11th floor conference facilities. Highlights of the evening include:

• A special performance by young adult cancer survivor, advocate, and pianist, Matthew Zachary
• Research poster presentations on the science, medicine, and education behind oncofertility
• A chance to meet national advocates in the cancer arena
